Mimbulus Beanie Pattern - Digital Download

Any Neville Longbottom fans out there? The moment I saw this cable stitch (the bulbus cable stitch), I immediately thought of the mimbulus mimbletonia. It creates these cute little stacked cables that look “bulby!” Don’t worry though, it won’t squirt Stinksap!

• Pattern includes instructions for worsted, bulky, and super bulky yarn.
• Skill level: Advanced Beginner/ Intermediate

Materials:
Worsted weight yarn (category 4)
* Lion Brand Touch of Alpaca
US 7/ 4.5mm 16” circular needles for brim
US 8/ 5.0mm 16” circular needles or corresponding dpns for body and crown decrease

Stitch marker
TWO cable needles
Gauge: ​18 stitches and 22 rows = 4 x 4 inches
Finished size: approximately 8” wide x 9” tall
